None other than “Head of Everything” Samantha Knowles.
On checking the published accounts of Independent Hemsworth Town Council, Ferret can find no entries at all relating to rent received from Samantha Knowles for the four bedroomed Lakeside Café flat.
Ferret would like Alan Draper to confirm:
Is she still living rent free?
And if so Why?
If the flat is rent free? this is wrong many folk in the community pay rent/mortgages on low wages and are struggling HTC should be charging a fee for the flat as a source of income,
