Ferret found it strange, that following the recent decision to cancel the Vengaboys concert every other place it was advertised, other than Independent Hemsworth Town Councils website, was very quick to either remove the concert or place “cancelled” next to it.
When this was queried, Mr Alan Draper – Clerk, Independent Hemsworth Town Council replied with:
“A notice will be placed on the council’s website today. The officer who administers the website has been on leave for the past three days”.
As Ferret readers are already aware, the person responsible for the website (and almost everything else it seems) is none other than Samantha Knowles, formerly known as the Head of Security and now with the grander title of General Manager / Head of Security.
Ferret has to wonder if the numerous quad bikes stolen and illegally dumped waste at Hemsworth Waterpark all occurred on her days off…
