Baildon solicitors are used for their vendettas on people when someone’s getting to close to the truth then a certain person turns taps on and they send a letter threatening legal action
Wait for the legal fees from all the employers and ex employers that have had their data passed about comes because it will
How many times is data protection going to be breached by these people and this person that’s breaching it keep getting protected
This person must know some stuff on them to keep protecting them
It’s time kenyon’s obsesion was put to an end and these fees are nothing compared to what has already been paid and must be paid to keep this ridiculous vendetta of his going. A vendetta that even if won is unaffordable and offers no financial gain to this community, only an even bigger burden for us all to face, while Kenyon will run away like he usually does with his pockets full, one way or another blaming someboby else.
Heaven help us and this is just 3 months of legal fees, with nothing to show for it. Think of the things we really need to spend our money on. There are organisations that are screaming out for help yet we throw money away on a pie in the sky ego boosting schemes/scams of a man with serious mental health issues. How can you be in any doubt about this idiot, yes he can and does talk all day lying and bamboozling anybody who will listen. Says it all with authority but ask him to show proof of anything he says or claims to be, he disappears and goes silent. Councillors for your own financial protection ask him for genuine proof of his alleged qualifications, when he can’t show them, show him the door.
Hopefully Kenyon will be made financially responsible for this lunacy.
Utter insanity in the pursuit of a personal grudge yes the lunatic as taken over the asylum. I’ll keep repeating it if this madness ever came to fruition who the hell is going to foot the bill for the bloody thing,US? Has any feasibility or costs ongoing study been done on it,NO. Is there anywhere in the entire county of Yorkshire with such a project ran by and paid for by two small villages and a small town parish council is there buggary. Add on to that the facilities they moan the lack of are here in bleeding surplus for heaven’s sake Hemsworth is half covered in football pitches. If for whatever reason access is not available to them we’ll go and get access to them that’s what you’re elected to do not saturate half the parish in more pitches not all kids are football mad clearly some big kids are who need to grow up
So which brave soul is going to stand up in the meeting tonight and ask what the Barrister/ solicitor and team legal fees going to cost us to pursue this court case.
Because they will have been advised already and will have to be paid in advance before the court date.
The predicted cost from Richard Buxton solicitors to pursue the court case is at least a further 100k.
But what about the Barrister?
