Just when Ferret thought the planning saga of the “free” storage building was coming to an end the Environment Agency have other ideas.

In a document dated 20 July 2022 the Environment Agency state their position:

Having reviewed the submitted flood risk assessment (FRA) we object to this application and recommend that planning permission is refused.

This is the building which former Chair Jim Kenyon stated was “free” and did not require planning permission. Councillor Gordon Eccles also lent his full support to this now recognised by anyone with an ounce of sense as “hairbrained”.

Ferrer still believes that the foundations of this building are holding onto secrets which the Independent “cabal” want to keep that way.

Why else would they be still fighting to keep a building which was erected to house machinery which they have voted to sell?

Ferret has an idea for Chair – Jean Eccles:

Withdraw the retrospective planning application, demolish the building and finally remove whatever was buried under it…
