In the February 2022 accounts Ferret was intrigued to see two entries totalling £1260.

These fees relate to the survey and retrospective planning application made by Independent Hemsworth Town Council for the storage / farm building, which Mr Jim Kenyon stated on a number of occasions did not require and planning permission nor building regulations.

As usual, he lied and was incorrect on both counts.

With the recent decision taken to dispose of the machinery for which the store was built, Ferret has to assume this is a further waste of our money…

  1. This FREE building is a complete eyesore, with its mismatch of panels, put together like a jigsaw. Plus looking at the door entrance would be surprised if one of the machinery that it’s suppose to house actually gets through the door.

  2. I agree it is an eyesore as is shown in the photos I shared on Views and News last week.
