Ferret would like to share with my readers a letter which then Independent Hemsworth Town Councillor – Mr Jim Kenyon sent to the Auditors “Mazars PLC” back in 2012.
Mr Kenyon made a number of accusations throughout his 8-page letter including:
- HTC does not practice “inclusiveness, openness and transparency”.
- Internal controls cannot be identified and if they do exist are ineffective.
- There is no risk management
- Public consultation does not take place
All of which Ferret believes are distinctly lacking at Independent Hemsworth Town Council, led by non-other than the complainant Mr Jim Kenyon.
Ferret can confirm that once again Mr Jim Kenyon’s wild accusations were found to be false and us the precept payers had to pay for this additional audit to be conducted.
Despite this, Mr Jim Kenyon persisted in continuing to make false accusations and lied to residents over the following years, culminating in him procuring Frenkel to audit the last Labour led accounts in 2019 which cost us a further £6000, again finding no reason not to sign them off as accurate.

This would be unbelievable with out the proof, he obviously thinks everybody is like him and can’t believe that decent honest people do actually exist. How is he not behind bars where his kind belong I’ll never know.

Jim Trump will be urging his supporters to occupy the town hall, when he is ousted. They will occupy the Albion WMC instead for their gallon a day.
