Although the proposal to place the Waterpark into a trust was made by Ian Womersley, it must always be remembered that Kenyon was the real driving force behind trying to progress this idiotic idea forward for the eventual benefit of another Councillor.
Kenyon even admitted in public questions that they knew of no threat to the waterpark yet they were pursuing putting it into a trust. He then lied as usual saying it would be harder to dispose of in a trust. Poor Gordon beaten by public opinion.
No way it can be allowed to be stolen from under precept payers noses. And Vale head needs protecting as well.
