The purpose of this page is to issue corrections concerning inaccurate and/or misleading statements posted online about council business.
As Hemsworth Town Council have still not responded to the questions Ferret submitted for the meeting on 12 October 2021, Ferret would like to make the following statement:
MR JIM KENYON – CHAIR HEMSWORTH TOWN COUNCIL IS A LIAR AND HE DOES NOT HOLD ANY OF THE QUALIFICATIONS THAT HE CONTINUALLY STATES HE DOES.
Ferret looks forward to Hemsworth Town Council issuing a correction in due course….
We won’t hold our breath, correction can’t come, he is a liar, he needs to resign, misrepresentation to the community.
Elected on lies
Cllr (Leader of HTC) Kenyon boasted last week that a News Letter would be going to each and every household this week, in time for everyone (even those who don’t use Facebook) to know about the Free Bingo and Brass event which is taking place today at Hemsworth Community Centre, from 17.00 (hang on a minute – that’s now!).
Has anyone seen this Newsletter or was that Cllr Kenyon using deflection tactics because he realised informing everyone (as per the HTC Equality Statement) was impossible?

Local Events.
I haven’t received the newsletter mentioned in the meeting on 14th Oct yet.
Which if you haven’t got the internet you wouldn’t know about the event.
