Ferret was very disturbed and normally would say surprised, but isn’t anymore when it comes to anyone connected with the carrying ons at Independent Hemsworth Town Council.
When Alan Draper reported to the Town Council, following the recent theft of the quad (the THIRD one to be stolen) and also a safe from the Waterpark, he refused to divulge the full details as given to him by the police, which Ferret finds disturbing for a number of reasons:
- The Town Council is Alan Draper’s employer and are the actual owners of the community property that was damaged and stolen.
- The majority of the councillors must have accepted his rebuke to their authority without taking appropriate action to remedy this situation, to ensure they were in position of the full details.
Ferret wonders why he would want to withhold this information in the first place?
This is the THIRD quad bike to be stolen from Hemsworth Water Park.
Hemsworth Water Park which has its own ON SITE SECURITY.
With an access road which gated and controlled by Councillors ECCLES and ECCLES.
Alan Draper claimed he was only releasing the information the police had told him to, Ferret can reveal this is simply not true.
A member of the public contacted the investigating officer. He seemed as perplexed as Ferret by the whole situation.
Ferret can now reveal the truth directly from the Police Officer:
“….a lot of the information requested should or could have been provided by Hemsworth Town Council particularly as Alan (Draper) was present on the scene”
Wow! How damming is that.
It is not surprising that more information has now been released by Alan Draper since it was brought to light that the Police had been contacted directly and he had been caught out yet again.
It is very worrying that such a robbery can go unnoticed with the amount of costly security measures allegedly in place and the noise that the break in must have generated by the breaking of roller shutter door, for example:
- CCTV systems
- Alarm Systems
- Entrance gates, were they locked or unlocked? Answers on a post card from convicted felon Councillor Eccles…
- Security on site – Just what was Sam doing at the time, maybe listening to the juke box at full volume? Or having a private after hours party with selected councillors (again)?
Entry had been forced to the store room and the quad bike and safe removed and then it had been loaded onto a vehicle.
The police were also unable to answer why the alarm hasn’t sounded.
It is also surprising that the store that was damaged is adjacent to where the security staff is based and the quad was actually loaded onto a vehicle, all apparently going unheard.
Perhaps one day, Hemsworth Town Council will undertake an investigation into the staffing failures that this criminal activity has once again, brought to light with senior management and paid employees who are supposed to be answerable to this community and Town council.
Ferret would also like to know why the thousands of pounds of our money authorised on these security measures and personnel by Councillor Chairs’ Eccles and Kenyon seems to be so ineffective?
Where or where did or security go? Loaded on to the vehicle with the last of our trust perhaps?
