Whilst the rest of the “scum” in our communities are struggling with the cost of living crisis and especially with exponential increase in food prices each week it seems Independent Hemsworth Town Council have plenty of money available for food.
It must be nice to afford to be able to afford to shop at Ocado!

Why on earth is a town council doing an online supermarket shop??? There is no reason at all that can explain this.
It’s time for the good councillors to be asking serious questions starting with who as access and is using HTC debit cards to be making all the purchases shown in the accounts.Who are the card holders spending the communities precept money to purchase I want ,I need items ,must have items,surely this information should be made public at the next financial meeting.Does Mr Alan Draper authorise all the payments as he often reminds the community his expertise is FINANCE he is certainly an expert at signing the cheques to pay for certain councillors legal expenses at the communities cost.Hopefully there will be money left in the communities pot but it’s looking doubtful after the Independant councillors have frittered thousands and thousands of our community money away,they should be ASHAMED.
