Readers of Ferret may recall, back in July 2020, Independent Hemsworth Town Council spent over £20,000 of your money on a Multi cut mower.
This was purchased, as usual without any business case and was also delivered prior to being authorised at any Town Council Meeting.
In the May 2022 accounts, it seems as though Independent Hemsworth Town Council have purchased a further four lawn mowers at a cost of £2050.
If the high level of staff turnover continues, they will have more lawn mowers than staff…
