Ferret can today reveal the final total legal costs which have been paid by Independent Hemsworth Town Council in the legal case against Saul Construction Limited.
Readers will no doubt recall, this relates to the former Sports Complex site on Kirkby Road in Hemsworth and its sale to Saul Construction Limited.
This is the case that all legal advice to Hemsworth Town Council stated that they could not win and the original contract signed back in 2012 should be honoured.
