Ferret has been contacted by one of the contractors which fitted the P.A system into the Community Centre at Hemsworth, where Hemsworth Town Council hold their meetings.
He watched the recent meeting, which they live streamed and found it particularly strange that it was so difficult to hear anything.
Apparently, the system was supplied with at least one wireless headset and a microphone. It was also capable of having both working at the same time.
Ferret has also witnessed Mr Jim Kenyon, on his many “fancy dress” escapades around the township with a portable P.A. system and microphone.
Ferret has to wonder why Mr Jim Kenyon – Chair Independent Hemsworth Town Council isn’t using either of these systems in meetings, anyone would think he didn’t want us to hear what’s going on…
They didn’t stream the meeting about the woodlands development (the finance meeting that was repurposed) but they did have the microphone in use so we know it works.
Well Jimbo or is it Dumbo Kenyon, the nose keeps getting longer and longer, caught out lying again. A way of life with you and your cabal colleagues. Compulsive liars, with deaf ears when being called to account and that includes Womersley. Those of this community who have attended meetings or events at the community centre have seen with our own eyes and heard with our own ears multiple microphones being used and by you at meetings before you became chair. Then suddenly after being elected on a platform of openness and transparency, and other claims, the system to enable the community to hear first hand the words from your mouth, no longer existed. Time to go Kenyon, take the others that support you with you, why not load your diggers and your burger vans, and disappear into a big hole you can dig for yourselves before you destroy this entire community like you have with other people’s lives, businessess and Ayr.

Thing is Kenyon and his cronies don’t want us to know anything, because what they do is for them not us the precept payers. They will always find a way of “trying” to keep us in the dark. Their problem now is our friend ferret and the opening of everyone’s eyes. If it’s not problems with internet it’s the microphones. If not that it’s written in the agenda for members of the public to be removed so they can discuss behind closed doors. The sooner they’re gone the better.
After thought, will the children in Hemsworth be getting a pantomime this year, tickets have normally gone on sale by now. By pantomime I mean a professional show not the farce that Kenyon etc keep on giving us.
Well what could be better than Dumbo Kenyon and the cabal minions with a special guest appearance of sleeping “not so beauty” wormersley all being chased by a ferret lol.
