Further to my previous post regarding Mr Jim Kenyon’s (Chair of Hemsworth Town Council) treatment of a parishioner, her dismissal and subsequent Employment Tribunal Claim.
Ferret can now confirm the lady was awarded a total of £38,250.12 on 13 July 2010.
As the judgement remains unsettled the law states:
“Employment Tribunal legislation provides that interest is currently payable at the rate of 8% per annum on unpaid awards”
Ferret calculates the poor woman is now owed over £70,000.
Ferret only tells the TRUTH, with the evidence to back up all claims.

Time to pay up you’re an absolute disgrace and should not be allowed out in public.
