Ferret readers are probably well aware of the “free” storage building that was actually purchased by Independent Hemsworth Town Council and the costs involved have just escalated ever since.
Spiralling out of control would probably be a better description.

So proud was our Jimmy, he was even photographed in the digger bucket, at height admiring his latest pride and joy.
Hemsworth Town Council has appealed against that decision, which of course involves throwing more and more of our money away by employing real experts and that doesn’t come cheap but then again neither have Kenyon and his cabal independent councillors.

What he hasn’t realised is, that he was proven wrong when Hemsworth Town Council were given notice to remove the building or appeal the decision, which has meant applying for planning and building permissions.
It has been speculated that they have been trying to avoid its removal because of what could be exposed as being buried under it.
