Today is the South Wards opportunity to elect a new Councillor to represent them.
Residents of this area, quite rightly feel enormously let down by lack of support they have received from Independent Hemsworth Town Council.
Currently led by Jean Eccles and previously by Jim Kenyon, both members of the Independent Cabal who continue to lie to our Community and have wasted over £2 million of our money since May 2019.
Their hold over power is teetering, one more good Councillor added to the current none “Independent Cabal” means they will no longer hold the number of votes required to pass everything they want without opposition.
